We Can Produce Artwork For You: If you do not have camera ready artwork, our art department can create it for you. You can send us a sketch, drawing, logo, decal or a letterhead with instructions as to what you want and we will produce finished art. There is no cost for this service. Please read the Artwork Information provided to help you with the design. How to Determine Sizes: Prices in the charts are based on the overall longest dimension. This should be the height or length not the diagonal dimension. Production Time: We will usually ship your order in eight weeks or less after receipt of your drawing and deposit. Since production time depends on size, quantity, colors, complexity of the design and seasonal production load, please allow eight to ten weeks for delivery from the time we receive your firm order, to assure that you have your pins and/or patches in time for your event. Simplified Pricing: To make it easy for you to see just how much your product is going to cost, all engraving and set-up charges have been amortized into the prices. Once you decide on the size of product and quantity, all you have to do is look at the price chart and you know exactly how much they will cost without having to perform a lot of calculations. One exception is if you want additional fixtures, then you simply add the fixture price to the unit price in the price chart. Additional Colors: All prices are based on using six colors. With basic plating of the metal for pins, and the twill material for patches, this gives you seven color values to use in your design. Shipping: All shipments are made by the United States Postal Service. Prices do not include shipping which will be charged at our cost, plus a modest packaging charge. Confirmation of Order: Upon receipt of your order, we will mail you an acknowledgment of your order and give you the latest date your order will be shipped. Payment Terms: We require a deposit of 50% of the total amount with your order. Your completed order will be shipped, and you will be invoiced for the balance plus shipping and packaging charges. Payment is due within 30 days after receipt of the pins or patches. 100% prepaid orders will include free shipping and packaging charges. 24 Hour Fax Machine: We have a facsimile machine that is automatic and is available 24 hours a day. Many customers find it useful to fax us designs for production or quotations. Depending on the quality of the fax transmission, we can often use this method of receiving your artwork immediately.
